- Tues., Aug. 2, 5:00 p.m. – Carson Chamber Singers Season Kick-Off at the LDS church (411 N Saliman Rd.) followed by gathering at 7pm at Great Basin Brewing Co. Director Ricky Hutton will lead a group vocal technique session to each section, introduce repertoire, do some fun activities ,and then enjoy food and drinks at the new Great Basin Brewing Co. downtownCarson City. Attendance is mandatory to participate in the season; however, if you can’t make the meeting, you may schedule a vocal hearing (a mini-voice lesson) with the Director before the first rehearsal.
